Baked Spicy Potato Wedges

I always find all kinds of amazing sounding recipes on Pinterest, and when browsing earlier I spotted a Baked Spicy Garlic Potato Wedges recipe I knew I'd have to try.  I decided to make them tonight as a side since I was already planning on cooking Turkey Burgers.

I cut potatoes into wedges and laid them out on a foil-lined pan. Then I mixed the olive oil, garlic, paprika, and salt together in a bowl and microwaved 45 seconds. I scooped the olive oil mixture over the potatoes, coating all sides.

I baked them for 45 minutes, and turned the potatoes 3 times throughout cooking to evenly brown them.

They were great! The seasoning was really good but wasn't as spicy as I expected, so next time I'll add some extra seasoning. They was a great combination with the Turkey Burgers. Next time I will use a glass casserole instead of a pan lined with tin foil because the minced garlic just burned and ended up completely blackened. The potatoes didn't end up burnt at all so I was happy with the end result.  It was a great and easy side item for sure!

Place in the oven and cook for 45 minutes, turning the wedges 2-3 times during baking to evenly brown them.
